Delivery Within Kuwait

The average delivery time is 1 – 2 days.

We guarantee delivery within one day, but it may take up to 3 days.

The current local delivery cost within Kuwait is 2 KWD.

Exception:
Deliveries to Ali Sabah Al-Salem and Sabah Al-Ahmad areas are made every Sunday and Thursday, provided that the order is placed one day in advance.

Any order placed on Sunday will be delivered on Thursday.

Any order placed on Thursday will be delivered on Sunday.

Excluded Areas:
(Bneider, Al-Salmi, Al-Wafra, Al-Nuwaiseeb, Al-Zour, Al-Abdali, Ali Al-Salem Air Base, Shuaiba, Mina Abdullah, Al-Julaia, Kabd, Al-Maqwa, Amghara, North Jahra, farms, desert camps, and coastal areas.)

Delivery Outside Kuwait

Shipping fees for GCC and international destinations are calculated based on the destination and the product weight. Delivery takes 3–7 business days.

If your country imposes customs duties or taxes, you must pay them.

Shipping Damage

  • If the product(s) arrive at your doorstep with visible damage, please refuse to sign and contact us immediately.

  • If you received the package and found it damaged, please contact us within 24 hours via email at sales@aywant.co after receiving the parcel.

  • Do not dispose of any packaging materials.
